A bench warrant has been issued on former Niger Delta Militant Leader, known as Tompolo after he turned down court order to appear before it today to answer a 40 count charge of alledged N13bn fraud against him by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC). The presiding Judge, Justice Ibrahim Buba of the Federal High Court ordered the police to produce him in court.
