Brazilian "model" Liziane Gutierrez was enjoying the sun a few days ago in Miami . . . and she wanted the Paparazzi to see her doing so. She changed her bikini out in the open - so that everyone (including the paparazzi could see).
If you recall, she accused Chris Brown of putting HANDS ON HER after he performed in Vegas for New Year's Eve 2016. We guess her New Year's resolution was to become a celeb by any means.
